Processes are not universal
There are many methodologies, each one promising to be the Coca-Cola recipe for UX. I don’t believe in universal processes—every case is different, and the approach shouldn’t be cookie-cutter.

Solve the correct problem
I enjoy uncovering issues. That said, a problem doesn’t equal a feature. I really like understanding what truly needs fixing.

Extra: Work on my own biases
I’m aware that my biases can influence the UX process, so I make it a priority to recognize and challenge them. I spend time learning about them. It’s a practice that shapes both my designs and who I am.
