Design to create and deliver value

I like to design products that people need and enjoy working for companies that share that vision.

Processes are not universal

There are many methodologies, each one promising to be the Coca-Cola recipe for UX. I don’t believe in universal processes—every case is different, and the approach shouldn’t be cookie-cutter.

Solve the correct problem

I enjoy uncovering issues. That said, a problem doesn’t equal a feature. I really like understanding what truly needs fixing.

Extra: Bias awareness & open source.

I’m aware that my biases can influence the UX process, so I make it a priority to recognize and challenge them. I spend time learning about them. It’s a practice that shapes both my designs and who I am. I also volunteer on open-source projects to keep learning and support the community.
